My Wife and I went for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had a blast. The grounds, the castle, the rooms... fantastic! Well worth the price for a medieval experience in the Midwest. Unplug, unwind. A hidden gem to behold!

We loved this place. They gave us a grand tour of all five rooms. The yard is wonderful. We stayed in the the wine cellar room and loved it. They have a library and DVDs, but who needs them. This is a place to just sit or walk and experience it. Lord Douglas and Lady Josephine are delightful hosts!

We held our wedding here. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. The hosts Doug and MaryJo are super attentive. Breakfast was always perfect too. It's definitely off the beaten path. So bring everything you might need. Lots of fun. We'd love to be back again.
